Tools That Get the Job Done
Our set of tools for custom manufacturing is extensive. These in-house tools give us the ability to cut studs to size, customize paper, rubber and graphite gaskets and size filters for any application. Additional tools on order for 2023 will give us the ability to manufacture custom metal gaskets.

Materials For Every Application
We carry a range of materials, which allows us to custom cut gaskets, studs and filtration products to fit your application. Over the past several years we have substantially increased our on hand inventory to minimize supply chain disruptions and reduce lead times.

Custom Studs
Marathon Oil in Mandan, North Dakota was in need of 1 3/8″ X 10 1/2″ B16 studs with a same-day turnaround request. They contacted Flowmark just after 8 a.m. and we were able to get the studs cut and on a hot shot to the refinery by 10:30 a.m. that morning.

Custom Gaskets
In 2018, the Big Equipment Company, LLC in Havre, Montana burned to the ground. There were no injuries but their 38,000-square-foot facility was destroyed. Also lost in the fire were any records of the gaskets they used for a particular twin disc motor. Fortunately, Flowmark had records on all the gaskets and we cut a dozen of each of the 32 gaskets on file in a day to get them back up and running.

Custom Filters
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) was in dire need of molecular filtration in special sizes to eliminate smoke caused from the fires across the Western United States. Flowmark sized the custom filters, sealed them and delivered them to the customer the same day.
